Due to the nature of the products, we are not able to refund you if you simply change your mind. Freight charges on delivery and return of goods will not be refunded.

How to make a return
To return faulty goods, please contact Home Healthcare Shop and request an authorisation number. Goods will not be accepted without a return authorisation number. Once you have this number, we ask that you print and fill in the Returns Form below, and return the product in its original condition with its packaging. You will also need to supply a copy of your order confirmation and goods a receipt/invoice.
